Co Founder & Artist | Specializing in color, Jade started her career in the hair industry as a color specialist. It’s where her passion really grew for hair. Now, as an established hair stylist, almost 10 years in, she puts her focus into Specialized Coloring, Haircutting and other crafts. These other crafts include photography, social media and education within the industry. Jade finds joy in an environment where stylists can bounce ideas off each other, share creative ideas with one another and work together as a team or individually support one another. Artist | Charlie's career began in Rhode Island at Paul Mitchel School of Design with his focus on color, graduating in 2008. He quickly relocated to the Boston area as he sought out top salons to train with and settled into the Back Bay area. He spent several years honing his talent, working with many of Boston's top colorists.

Attending in depth workshops in balayage, color correction, and blonding, he successfully completed the programs of L'Oreal, Goldwell and Wella. His goal is to provide a professional color experience with satisfying results with every visit. From early stages of loss pigment (graying) to blonding longer than long lengths, he is always able to succeed and achieve exactly what his clients desire. Stylist | Ashley Silvano is a balayage expert, IBE® certified stylist, educator and salon owner. Ashley has been behind the chair since 2009, with a passion for hand painted balayage that has flourished over the past decade. Ashley’s signature “low maintenance sun kissed” balayage techniques are meant to be long lasting, with a seamless and blended grow out from the roots. Ashley has taught her balayage techniques and color approach to over 200 local stylists and has loyal clients throughout New England. When Ashley is not behind the chair in Boston, MA she spends her time with her twin daughters and is married to a wedding photographer - and firmly believes life should be spent creating. Ashley also owns a hair studio in Providence, RI.

Artist | Wissam discovered his love of styling hair at a young age. His passion for fashion design and styling is ultimately what created his destiny to becoming a well rounded hair stylist. Wissam specializes in dimensional color, balayage, corrective color, hair cutting, keratin treatments, updo’s, bridal styling & is certified in hotheads tape-in extensions. Trained with Goldwell; his vision as a colorist and cutter has always been to create a lived-in ease for his clients; while also giving them versatility and the ability of styling on their own. Stylist | Graduating from Paul Mitchell in Cranston, RI, in 2015, Kat has honed her craft in Boston, specializing in creating stunning blonde transformations and soft, lived-in color. Each client enjoys a personalized experience tailored to their unique needs. Trained at the Goldwell Academy in NYC and certified in the Extentionology tape-in extension method, Kat brings advanced skills and creativity to every appointment, ensuring beautiful, customized results.
